Then it is settled. [ She is going to insist. And also help him shove things into the armiger because that's what Noct gets for not coming to help, clearly. ]
Well... hm. [ She looks thoughtful. ] Perhaps you could find a book on mythology? The Cosmogony is what I read to him, along with other stories of course. But perhaps if you could find something similar... ah! We read books about astrology, too. Maybe there are some in the library. I can help you look.
[ But at the mention of fishing, she hums. ] Hm... you know, between the two of us, maybe we can make something to simulate fishing? Or perhaps we can request one of those little fishing games from Rastus... it isn't the same, but at least it would be something.
[ She winces a bit at the memories of those hallucinations. ] It's worrisome, indeed... things seem to be changing. Though not for the better... do you think it has anything to do with Her?
[After everything that happened with Leviathan and the prophecy, Ignis doubts that Noct wants to hear another word about the Astrals. But astrology sounds fun.] We could look for books on stars. I didn't recognize any familiar constellations in the skies, however, so perhaps we can stumble upon something interesting.
[Ignis picks up the box with several jars of marmalade and steps towards the pantry, waiting for her to be done with apples before handing her, one by one, the jars.] A fishing game... That sounds fun. We should ask Rastus for a few more games, next to it. Perhaps a card game? We could organize a card game night. [They used to play it a lot before. It would be nice...]
Hmmm... [Ignis frowns,] I am not entirely sure. If her goal is indeed to get out of that Lighthouse, then driving us mad with hallucinations is counter-productive. In fact, anything she does with bad intentions for any of us is only making things harder for her.
Somehow, I noticed, that Forest Spirits always end up being blamed for anything weird that happens. [...coincidence? Or truth?]
That would be a lovely idea. Though they may not be the same as our own, learning about new things is never a bad thing.
[ Besides, one may never know when that knowledge will eventually be needed. Like if they all manage to get lost in the forest somehow. She soon finishes with the apples and smiles again as she carefully takes each jar that he hands to her, neatly placing them in rows of threes in the cupboard. ] We should, yes! Admittedly, I've not played many card games, so it would be lovely to learn. I've a terrible feeling that Nyx may be extremely good at card games. He seems the type.
[ As she finishes placing each jar into its designated spot, she turns to look properly at Ignis again. ]
Nothing would surprise me. For all we know, she's somehow influencing them... I suppose only time will tell. Unless she thrives on negativity...
[ She's not entirely sure that the Keeper isn't a daemonic entity, to be fair. ]
I've noticed this as well. It's very convenient, indeed...
[Ignis had gone through the books in the library several times, but he found nothing concrete about this place. And the one thing he did find interesting enough didn't lead anywhere. It felt as if this place is leading him in circles on purpose.]
We will gladly teach you. They are not that hard- you only need learn how to keep a poker face on the entire game.
[Now that he thinks about it, Lunafreya wasn't around when he got in a fight (over the Network, of course) with Robin. He presses his lips together in thought.]
She can control them- most of the time. She admitted that on a public network. But apparently they don't listen to her all the time and despite all these [excuses] explanations she offers, I cannot help but feel that there is something off with her.
[She could be a friendly daemon-forest spirit in the end. Ardyn was one, after all.]
I'm worried... in the beginning, they were playful. But their playfulness had escalated to proportions not suitable for anyone. Those hallucinations...a lot of people could've been injured.
[ She thinks, at least. She could do it in front of Ravus, and in front of crowds of people. Surely she can do it during a card game... ]
I see... hm. That doesn't sound right at all. I have a terrible feeling that she may be influencing all of this. Perhaps not, though.... I've heard several of her messages over the network, but I've yet to answer them. I fear I may become unnkind to her if I answer them.
[ And that would not be a good thing. Nor would it be professional. ]
Try not to worry too much right now, dear Ignis. So long as we all stay vigilant, everything will be alright, I'm certain of it. We will need to be on guard, that is all.
[Especially against Noct. He gets fidgety and annoyed when he can't tell what Ignis is up to- if he's up to something.]
I don't know... all we can do is speculate and attempt to find some clues. [He frowns a bit, and manages to look somewhat embarrassed.] I have to admit, I didn't hold back in the past when talking to her.
There was an instance in the past when we had to connect her to the network. She tried to "control" the spirits with her horn but she only agitated them even more. A lot of people died. I wasn't very pleasant to her, nor do I hide my displeasure with how she handled the things because- she didn't have to use the horn. Spirits were calm until that moment. [He may be still bitter about that incident.
Ignis leans against the kitchen counter, rubbing his temple with one hand, the other crossed over his chest-] I try not to worry, but this place causes nothing else. One can only distract himself with hobbies for so long.

[ Her being the Keeper, of course. ]
