CHARACTER INFO
Character Name: Lunafreya (Luna) Nox Fleuret.
Age: 24.
Canon: Final Fantasy XV.

World Description: wiki link.

History: wiki link.

CRAU: N/A.

Death: Lunafreya was aware that forging the covenants with a death sentence, but Chancellor Ardyn 'Izunia' made her death a far faster reality when he stabbed her. She managed to survive just long enough to revive Noctis and pass the Ring of the Lucii to him before she finally succumbed to her injuries.

What are your plans for this character in-game? Lunafreya accepted death when she was a young girl. She always knew she'd die young. What she is NOT prepared for is the death of Noctis, Ignis, and Prompto. So she's going to be dealing with her feelings on that; if Noctis and company are here, that means that their home world is essentially doomed. Not to mention she never wanted that for them, either. So she will be sorting through her feelings on that, as well as trying to find a new purpose in death. Without a destiny to fulfill or a world to save, she's going to be a bit lost and trying to find her way and make the best out of the situation that has been handed to her.

What aspects of this game and/or its setting are you most interested in having this character engage with? Honestly? Playing out death in general. I think the concept is brilliant, especially for those of us who have canonly deceased characters. So there is a TON of things that I am really interested in. The creepy setting, getting to know other characters who have passed away, etc etc.

Also: the darkness. At home, darkness generally means daemons and a whole lot of problems. So it's going to be really fun to have Luna deal with the fact that there is darkness and she can't really do anything to fix it.

How does your character generally get along with other people? Lunafreya gets along swimmingly with other people, so long as their intentions are not immediately bad. So long as her friends and loved ones are not threatened, she will be kind and courteous. Generally, she's a friendly woman who loves deeply and cares a lot about those she is closest to.

What is your character's mental state upon entering the game? Acceptance, first and foremost, because as stated before she's known for many years that her fate was to die a young woman thanks to the prophecy. Acceptance is followed by sadness, and when she realizes just who is here, massive shock and confusion and absolute worry about the state of Eos.

There's also an element of frustration. She knows that she is supposed to be here, but she is one hundred percent certain that Noctis and his friends should not be. It isn't frustration with them, but with herself. She's failed to save not only the world, but Noctis and his companions as well, and she wonders just how long it will be before the rest of the denizens of Eos will turn up, too.

Skills/Abilities: By the sacred mantle of Oracle, Lunafreya has the gift of healing magic. She is able to heal injuries and the Starscourge, the plague that was overtaking Eos and turning men into monsters. Not only is she able to heal, but she is able to commune with the Six: the Gods in their world. She is the only one able to do so, and also forge covenants for the Chosen King. [Note: this is clearly not going to be a thing here because the Six do not exist here.] She is also able to wield her ancestral weapon, the Trident of the Oracle, in battle.

Flaws/Weaknesses: Despite all of her good traits, Lunafreya has many weaknesses and flaws. The first being her absolute disregard for her own life and safety. She is reckless to a fault, especially when it comes to duty and keeping those she loves safe. She will do anything and everything to get the task at hand done and see it complete. This is not limited to: throwing herself off of airships, jumping cars over huge gaps as if she were some sort of stunt woman, going back through and towards danger, and just generally staying in the midst of chaos if it means getting things handled and done.

Another weakness is her dedication to the Gods. Their will is absolute and she one hundred percent agrees with them that fate is fate and no man or woman can deny that. Does it mean that she likes that? Absolutely not. Because the fate that she believes in, the prophecy that she knows will come to pass means not only will her life be forfeited, Noctis's life will be sacrificed in order to restore the light and balance to the world as well.

Despite how friendly and kind she is, she is a very reserved woman. She tends to keep to herself, believing that burdens and things that are bothering her are her problem and hers alone. Whether she's feeling sick, tired, sad, or a mix of everything at once, she does her best to never let it show or to talk to others about it, but keeping things inside and to herself is not exactly a good thing. At home, she had her elder brother, Ravus, to vent to. Here, she is on her own.

Personality: Beloved by most everyone on Eos, Lunafreya is a kind, dedicated young woman who wants nothing but the best for the people of her star. She tries to see the best in people, and her dedication to her duties and the promise to not rest until the darkness is banished from her world is something she is very proud of. She is intelligent and diplomatic, being a former princess, and wise beyond her 24 years.

Twelve years in captivity has done nothing to dampen her personality, either. It is suggested that she faced many hardships growing up as a prisoner of the Niflheim Empire, and as much as she went through they could not break her determination nor her spirit. If anything, it has merely boosted her morale, and has pushed her to become as strong a woman as she is now, both physically and mentally. She is determined beyond belief and will stop at nothing to keep the world and her loved ones as safe as she possibly can.

Items: The only items that Lunafreya had on her at the time of death, other than her clothing of course, was the Trident of the Oracle and an elaborate hair clip that was gifted to her by a Glaive in the Crown City of Insomnia. If anything with the Trident needs to be nerfed, by all means. I'd imagine that here, it'd only be used as a weapon considering she won't be able to summon gods and the such.
